Terms of Service

1. The Nature of Service

messageh1 LLC (“the Company”) provides autonomous revenue orchestration and diagnostic infrastructure. We do not provide marketing, consulting, or lead generation. We provide the extraction of trapped capital through structural logic. This is a B2B commercial engagement between sophisticated entities.

2. Sovereign Infrastructure

All services are executed within the messageh1:SIGNAL environment on dedicated Lungo III Sovereign Nodes.

Proprietary Logic: All logic, architectural configurations, and diagnostic engines utilized by the Company remain the exclusive intellectual property of messageh1 LLC.

Infrastructure Integrity: Services are hosted on dedicated, private hardware. The Company maintains total control over the technical environment to ensure signal integrity.

3. Data Governance

Inputs: The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of data inputs provided to the engine.

Output: The Client is granted a non-transferable license to utilize the system’s output solely for internal operational recovery during the term of service.

Privacy: All data processed within the messageh1:SIGNAL environment is subject to our clinical Privacy Policy, governed by the “Zero-Leak” protocol.

4. Financial Architecture

The Retainer: Services are billed at a non-negotiable rate of $25,000 USD per month.

The Recovery Premium: A 10% Success Premium is applied to all verified Recovered Leakage. This is billed monthly upon forensic verification of capital extraction.

Payment Protocol: Retainers are due in full via wire transfer prior to node activation.

Operational Drag: The Company does not offer refunds for delays caused by the Client’s internal friction or legacy system failures.

5. Disqualification & Termination

The Company reserves the absolute right to terminate service if the Client demonstrates a lack of Executive Will. If internal middle-management “swelling” or “Inference Gaps” obstruct the engine’s velocity, the engagement will be deactivated to protect the Company’s operational efficiency.

6. Limitation of Liability

messageh1 LLC is a diagnostic infrastructure provider. Total liability is strictly capped at the amount paid by the Client during the single month preceding the claim. We do not accept liability for indirect losses or speculative “missed opportunities.”

7. Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Sheridan, Wyoming.
