PRIVACY PROTOCOL
1. ARCHITECTURAL ISOLATION (ZERO-LEAK)
Unlike traditional agencies that process data via public cloud or third-party SaaS integrations, messageh1 LLC operates on a Sovereign Infrastructure Model. All diagnostic cycles are executed on dedicated hardware located in Dallas, Texas, USA.
2. DATA RESIDENCY & SOVEREIGNTY

Physical Layer: Data resides exclusively on the Lungo III dedicated node.

Jurisdictional Layer: All data processing is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.

No Third-Party Ingestion: We do not utilize “Black Box” AI models or external processing tools that retain or train on Client data. Your “Signal” remains your asset.
3. THE FORENSIC ENVELOPE (ENCRYPTION)
All data in transit is secured via 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Data at rest is isolated within a hardened AlmaLinux environment, managed by a proactive Admin-5 security perimeter. Access is restricted to the Principal Architect and authorized “Forensic Engine” logic.
4. RETENTION & PURGING
To maintain Systemic Velocity, messageh1 does not warehouse data. Once a “Diagnostic Cycle” is complete and the “Trapped Capital” is identified, all non-essential raw data is purged from the Texas node unless otherwise mandated by a specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
5. COMPLIANCE ALIGNMENT
The messageh1:SIGNAL architecture is engineered to meet the structural requirements of HIPAA and other high-security service environments by eliminating the “Middle-Man” risk associated with common marketing software.
